“ The BEST bao in slc it really does feel like a hug. I love stopping in monthly to grab lunch and pick up their frozen baoits an excellent weeknight treat with salad and rice. If youre already there, make sure to head to chez nibs to grab dessert. Youll thank me. ”
“ The food was really good, and the proprietor was extremely friendly and welcoming. They also have frozen bao that you can buy and make at home. They didnt have one of the flavors that I wanted and the woman behind the counter made up a bag just for me, which was very nice of her. ”
“ The employees seem to care a lot about what theyre doing and it shows. Both their pork buns and their vegetarian buns were really great. Theres an impressive depth of flavor. You can take pre cooked packs home too! ”
“ Excellent vegetarianvegan bao! It is so refreshing for a vegetarian option to be flavorpacked and thoughtful. Cute interior and friendly service too! ”
“ Happened to walk by when I was at a teacher training and decided to stop at this little gem. I ordered a pork cabbage bun, a Halloween sesame special bun, and a matcha latte. So cute and friendly and quaint. I hope this place stays around. The sesame bun was soft and sweet and the pork cabbage bun was soft and just as I expected. ”
“ I was very excited to try this place out and glad I did! Right when we walked in, we were welcomed by the staff. The decor was really cute too! The menu was simple and had both meat and nonmeat options, which was a good variety. We ordered the Cha Siu Bao, Pork Cabbage Bao, Chicken Curry Bao, Dessert Coconut Bao, and a Hong Kong Milk Tea. The Baos were good, with the Cha Siu being my favorite. I wish the pork and curry had a bit more salt, but it wasnt bad. The dessert Bao was good too and not too sweet. The Hong Kong Milk Tea was pretty decent, but I didnt see any sugar available for me to add not sure if it was in the back and just had to ask for it, but I was in a rush and didnt go back to check. Overall, good experience to try this new place out. ”
“ Service was quick. Each bao is 4. I preferred the Eggplant Tofu one, I enjoyed the kick. My husband preferred the Shitake Squash Bao. Nice to have a couple vegan options. ”
“ So yummy! I got the combo of the chicken curry and char siu bao and thought it was delicious. The service was also amazing Ill be back for sure! ”
